Pool Re Claims Protocols and Civil Contingencies

The paper includes the definition of terrorism under the Reinsurance (Acts of Terrorism) Act 1993 and explains the role of Her Majesty’s Treasury in relation to Pool Re. It also refers to the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 (c36) which provides a definition of emergency.
